Delivery information

We believe that great customer service is as important as amazing tech, and we want your new PackedPixels solution arrives in perfect condition and at a time that's convenient for you.

We have selected DHL as our delivery partner, as we believe they offer the highest quality standards worldwide and give our customers the best-in-class flexibility to manage their delivery.   

Dispatch

Please allow up to seven days for dispatch, however wherever possible we will ship your PackedPixels the next day. 

Once dispatched, you will receive an email from DHL containing your delivery details, and instructions of how to track your order or change your delivery.  

International delivery

DHL have global reach and we offer international delivery worldwide.

Our pricing structure includes the payment of local sales taxes and import duties for deliveries within the EU, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand so you will have nothing extra to pay upon delivery. For other destinations additional charges may be levied by your national and/or local government.

Due to import restrictions we cannot currently ship to Russia, North Korea or Cuba.

Please find details of our shipping charges below. Should you wish to order more than ten PackedPixel units then please contact us.  

Prices below are shown in GBP, however please don't worry if you are ordering in a different currency, your bank or PayPal will handle the currency conversion at their current exchange rate.
